Emad A. Al-Muhaisen has twenty (20) years of experience in project management, engineering, execution, maintenance and reliability, capital investment and master/business planning in refining, petrochemicals and oil & gas industries. He has had the opportunity to work previously for companies like Saudi Chevron Phillips, Foster Wheeler, King Wilkinson, Parsons and Dar Al-Riyadh Consultants and currently for Saudi Aramco. At present, working to establish and staff a new “capital efficiency division” of Domestic Refining and NGL Fractionation admin area of Saudi Aramco.

Previously, he managed the QA/QC stationary Equipment for 5 years. Prior to that, he was the Sr. Inspector Engineer for the Stationary Equipment for 9 years. He began his journey at ADNOC, as a Maintenance Engineer.

Ali joined BAPCO on 13th April 1991 as Development Trainee Engineer, worked under supervision of Refinery Engineering Superintendent to become familiar with the Engineering Refining Section and demonstrate understanding of the work requirements and services

Ali joined BAPCO on 13th April 1991 as Development Trainee Engineer, worked under supervision of Refinery Engineering Superintendent to become familiar with the Engineering Refining Section and demonstrate understanding of the work requirements and services provided by Engineering Refining to the Refinery, He was promoted to Project Engineer in September 1994, Senior Project Engineer in April 2001 and Project leader in March 2005. He is mainly handling new and upgrade Projects and his role is to direct and manage the assigned projects from inception to commissioning, handover of the plant and facilities to the Operation, archiving of as built documentation in to the Engineering Drawings and Management System and completion of a financial close out.

Mr. Al-Nesafi has more than fifteen years of experience in Project Management and specifically in Oil & Gas Industry. He started his career as an LPG projects engineer with Kuwait Oil Tanker Company and then joined Kuwait Petroleum International Aviation Co. as a Business Development & Projects Manager where he was based in London . Later, he moved to KPI Head Office in Kuwait as Joint Ventures Team Leader overseeing JVs of Vietnam and Oman Refineries representing KPI. In terms of education, Mr. Al-Nesafi holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Cleveland State University – class 2003.
