Emad A. Emad has worked in operating facilities and on diverse projects of all sizes for recognisable companies like Saudi Aramco, Saudi Chevron Phillips, Foster Wheeler, King Wilkinson, Parsons and Dar Al-Riyadh Consultants. At present, he is the division head of Inverstor Relations & City Promotion of Jazan Economic City Development Department part of Jazan Refinery Complex program at Saudi Aramco.

Hazem Hasan

Senior Engineer – Utilities, BAPCO

Hazem Hasan, PMP®, is a senior engineer at the Bahrain petroleum company with 15 years of experience in the oil and gas context. He joined Bapco in 2005 and worked as a reliability inspection engineer, prior to joining the Engineering Department in 2007 providing engineering services to the Power and Utilities units with Bahrain’s Refinery.

Hazem Hasan, PMP®, is a senior engineer at the Bahrain petroleum company with 15 years of experience in the oil and gas context. He joined Bapco in 2005 and worked as a reliability inspection engineer, prior to joining the Engineering Department in 2007 providing engineering services to the Power and Utilities units with Bahrain’s Refinery. He is currently doing his Doctoral degree in Business Administration, with concentration in project management within the oil and gas industry, at Teesside University, UK. Hazem holds MSc in Engineering Management from The George Washington University, and BSc in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Bahrain.

Reem Al-Nuaimi is a highly experienced Project Coordinator with over 15 years of progressive and performance-driven experience in process design, project handling, execution, costing, estimation, proposal, contracting, and tendering. Reem is a core competence in Projects (Execution/Coordination), Process Engineering (FEED, detailed design, review), and Techno Commercial Operations (Proposals/Tendering/Commercial/Contract Management).

Roberto has twenty three years of experience in the delivery and optimization of major capital projects in the oil and gas, mining, industrial, technology and civil infrastructure sectors. He has authored several papers that have been published in various trade journals and presented at conferences around the world including being a lead instructor for the Stanford CIFE / SPS VDC Certificate program. Roberto earned a bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from Pontificia Universidad Católica del Peru. He also holds a Master of Engineering degree in Construction Engineering and Management and a Management of Technology Certificate from the University of California, Berkeley.

Dr. Mazin Gadir

Director - IQVIA

Dr. Mazin Gadir is an External Advisor for healthcare government ministries and authorities with responsibility for Health and Digital strategy development, implementation, execution and Transformation.

Moreover, Dr. Mazin Gadir is the Director of Partnerships, Client Relationships and Bid Management at IQVIA Payer Provider Government Group. Currently, he is working on a Post Doctorate research on Value Based Care and Digital Health Transformation in collaboration with the University of North Florida and Angel Kids Pediatrics. This program is part of CMS Transforming Clinical Practice initiative TCPi.

Prior to joining, Dr Mazin was a Senior Consultant at Dubai Health Authority, Organizational Transformation Office. Dr Mazin Gadir also worked in Healthcare Transformation Strategy and Digital Health Innovation at several companies, including PriceWaterhouse Coopers PwC, Abu Dhabi Healthcare Services Co. SEHA and Cerner Limited accumulating 19 years of experience in the field of Healthcare, innovation and transformation. Notable is his 19 years as a management consultant his depth of experience covered many global organizations in the UK, France, UAE, KSA, GCC, Australia, India and the USA.

Dr Mazin Gadir received his PhD in Quantum Electronics and Nanotechnology in Medical Diagnostics from The University of Leeds in the UK in 2005. He also obtained his MSc in Management and Business Administration and BEng in Electronics and Electrical Engineering from the same university.

His professional interests focus on Digital Health Innovation, Health Informatics workflow optimization, eHealth Regulatory Framework and Compliance, Health Information Systems/Health Information Exchange, Digital Maturity and Accreditation according to International Standards, Project and Change Management experience in Healthcare IT Transformation Programs, and his current projects include Organizational Development and Strategy Consultancy, stakeholder engagement and knowledge management & skills in the areas of: Strategy Development, Organizational Development & Design, Corporate Policy Development, Human Capital Development, Business Process Re0engineering, change enablement and Organizational Excellence. In addition, he serves as (eHealth Advisory) for Health Innovation Advisory, and is a member of Health Information Management Systems Society and Project Management Institute. Dr Mazin Gadir was recently honored with the (PMI Volunteer of the year for his contributions to the Innovation in Project Management.

Tofek Bahomed, P. Eng., PMP®, is an Engineering Manager at Jacobs ZATE and has 27 years of experience in project management, engineering management, mechanical engineering in the Refinery, Oil & Gas and Petrochemical industries. His experience includes 20 years as an SME in Heat Transfer on Pre-FEED, FEED and Detail Design projects. He has also worked at Bechtel and Stone & Webster. Positions held in the past include Project Manager, Technical Director and Technical lead. Tofek holds a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Dalhousie University and a master’s degree in mechanical engineering from Queen’s University, Canada.

Worked alongside some of the world’s most recognizable and successful companies during the FEED & EPC phases of JV mega projects at NSRP and OQ8 for 3 years. Presently, Omar is a team leader in manufacturing Oman at KPI and is accountable for managing JV matters at KPI in such a manner that its investments in Oman contribute to achieving its strategic objectives as part of the KPI portfolio.
