Bassam A. Al-Bokhari

Bassam has over 34 years of diverse experience in managerial, and executive roles in Saudi Aramco and its subsidiaries in Refining and Petrochemicals (Petro Rabigh & SADARA).
His expertise is in forming and restructuring mega companies, managing and transforming operations services, preparing human resources, managing supply chain management, managing capital market affairs and being experienced in IPO, developing agreements & investments, establishing operational excellence, governance systems, and developing strategies for the downstream manufacturing.
Bassam started his career at Aramco's Ras Tanura Refinery’s Maintenance, progressing through various professional, supervisory, and managerial roles. He then was assigned to SADARA as Manager of Manufacturing Organization and Strategy. Subsequently, he served as Vice President of Industrial Relations at Petro Rabigh, and acted as CFO and CEO. Currently, Bassam serves as CEO of EnergyTech, leveraging his extensive experience to lead the strategic direction and growth.
He holds a master’s degree in business administration from the UK. He completed the Saudi Aramco Management Development Program in Washington, D.C. Also, he completed the Stanford Executive Program. He is certified by the International Society for Performance Improvement (ISPI) in improving organization performance. He also certified business strategy audit from the London School of Business & Finance
